Climate Prediction Center releases 3-month outlook

The 3-month temperature and precipitation outlooks from the Climate Prediction Center were just released. And unfortunately, they paint a grim picture for Texas.
These 3-month outlooks from the CPC warn of a hotter than normal, drier than normal spring and early summer for central Texas.
