A friend of mine who is a professional sent me a note to send on Tim Russert (unfortunately, old Russert and I aren’t that close yet) so I thought I’d send it on to my loyal readers. Here it goes.
Jenny:
Please forward to Tim Russert. The recent polls may be underestimating Clinton’s vote in Texas because they do not have enough female or Hispanic respondents.
Although most recent polls have included 25-29% Hispanic respondents, voters (those with a Spanish surname) have represented 33% of the votes over the last three Texas DEM primaries.
Moreover, females are 52-53% in most of the surveys but females have been 55.4% of the DEM Primary turnout.
If Hillary wins by 4 to 5 points, then no one should be surprised.
