City Council Debate

While I’m not actively covering the City Council elections, my station certainly is. And, if you’re still undecided, fret not. KXAN, Austin News will host a debate with our Robert Hadlock as the moderator on Wednesday, May 7th.

It will be live on our t.v. station and internet from 12:30-1pm on Wednesday with the candidates for place 4. We will have

From 1-2pm it will be live only on www.kxan.com with the candidates for place 3 and place 1.

    So far, most candidates will do or say what is needed to get elected. Then they will represent the people who brought and paid their way into that office. Austin City Council proves that almost every time they meet. So why do we waste the people’s time putting this stuff on television.

    I do agree with you somewhat on that Bretton, however there are a lot of issues that are facing our city. With that said I want to know what each candidate is thinking. There are some isssues that really effect our local economy that need to be answered!
