After breaking his collarbone in a cycling accident, Gov. Perry returned from the hospital to a gift.. a set of training wheels. He included a note saying, “Sorry you got hurt. Too bad they don’t make training wheels for a legislative session.” He was referring the need for a special session, after the legislature failed to pass a bill that would reauthorize state agencies like TxDOT.

Tacky but very funny, just what you would expect from Kinky.
As when he ran for Gov. Lot of good ideas to make us think to have us think of but with no class!
We for need people like Kinky in the public view, there ideas make Texas a better place to live, let’s just keep them out of office unless court jester becomes an elected position.
Court jesters were some of most intelligent people in palace and usually advisors to kings in privet.
