After a “day” at the office, I know that waiting for me at home are two hours of Chuck.  A Chuck sandwich.  Chuck 7, Celebrity Apprentice 8, Chuck 9.  I might be allergic to bread and all of its ingredients, but this is a sandwich that I will enjoy every bite of with no consequence.

…is British!  For some reason that makes me like him more, weird, but I’m being honest.  Maybe that’s why he speaks so delibrately, making sure every word is delivered with the perfect amount on UES.

Starting on the 28th Gossip Girl will be on Monday’s.  I can’t think of a better way to turned that bad, bad day around.

I’m so sad about Heath Ledger.  Just really, really sad. 

They Live Again!

Not just one, but TWO old CW show stars were resurrected on Friday Night Lights last week.  My life, my love Weevil from Veronica Mars is the newest thug trying to lure Santiago back into his old illegal way of life.  Then Logan from Gilmore Girls is wooing Lila Garrity…to the dismay of a softened Tim Riggins (”Damn, you Lila”)…all that attention for quoting the lyrics to a song…what happens if I do it?

K-Fed on tha Hill!

If you needed another reason to watch One Tree Hill, there it is.  Good ole Kev-o, K-Fed, Fed-Ex, Dad of the Year, or whatever you prefer to call him will be on One Tree Hill this week.  Do you think Britney will watch?  I would, if I were her.  I like to keep my pain fresh, it makes me feel multi-faceted like a pretty, pretty diamond.

The end of Jim Spencer’s Friday Night Lights made me yell at the screen!  Tim Riggins was simply being a good guy (more like a good big brother), and he gets kick out?  Penalty: Snap Judgement.

Back to work

It’s Christmas: yay!  It’s a New Year: yay!  Back to work: bah.

At least I got all new Law & Order and Gossip this week.  Ohh!  And I almost forgot, our very own Jim Spencer will be warning the folks of Friday Night Lights of some dark weather heading their way.  Even more Jim than we normally get…this is 2000 GREAT!

Packages with Shiny Bows

I don’t think that shocked is a strong enough word to describe how I felt when I found out that Jamie Lynn Spears, 16, is pregnant.  She’s the star of a Disney show.  I don’t think anyone has known the highs and lows of motherhood like the mother of Britney and Jamie Lynn.  ”My daughters are famous and successful…oh wait, huh, never mind, don’t read the book on parenting I was about to release.”  Personally I think that Jamie Lynn was fighting an uphill battle the second her parents combined their first names to make hers.  If my parents had done that I’d be Dan Linda. All new episodes of Law & Order are coming!  And one of the new guys is that totally gross guy from Clueless that tried to take advantage of Cher and then left her standing in the parking lot where she was mugged.  Awesome. So I finally saw the end of Crowned and it’s worse than I thought.  They make the team in the bottom two that’s staying, desash the team that’s going home.  Drama.  Somebody took a looong time to bedazzle the ridiculously large handles of those scissors. It’s taken me this long to mention my disappointment in the outcome of ANTM because for some reason the fact that the outcome was not what I wanted overwhelmed me with indifference.  It was so anticlimactic.  Whenever it was brought up around the office, the general response was a shrug. Chantal…it shoulda been you.
